5aaa Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the 5aaa ("Platform", "we", "us"), which operates the website 5aaa.best and all related services. This document is written entirely in Brazilian Portuguese and is the official binding version for all users of the platform.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing bets, playing at the casino, or using any feature of the 5aaa, you expressly confirm that:

• Has read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Has the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Brazilian law;
• Is 18 years of age or older;
• The information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling.

02Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the services of the 5aaa, the user must mandatorily meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Be residing or located in Brazilian territory at the time of placing bets;
• Not be an employee, immediate family member of an employee, or partner of the 5aaa;
• Not having had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

The registration process requires: full name as shown on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, active email address, Brazilian mobile number, and a secure password. All information must be accurate. The 5aaa may request supporting documents at any time to verify the information provided.

03Your Account

Each user may hold only a single account on the 5aaa. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same details or different details for the same person — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all accounts involved, with pending balances and bonuses withheld.

The user is solely responsible for:

• Keep your login credentials (email and password) secure;
• Not to share account access with third parties;
• Immediately notify the 5aaa in the event of suspected unauthorized access;
• Keep your registration details up to date, especially your phone number and email address;
• All activity carried out on the account, whether by third parties with or without the user's permission.

The 5aaa may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend an account for security verification or compliance purposes. During the suspension, deposits and withdrawals will be blocked until the review is complete.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

The 5aaa accepts payments exclusively in BRL (R$) through the methods listed below. No other currency or payment method is accepted.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the key registered on the user's account, which must be held in the user's own name. The 5aaa does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The up-to-5-minute timeframe applies after internal approval, which may include identity verification for new users or withdrawals above a certain amount.

Deposits made with details that do not match those registered on the account will be returned to the sender. The 5aaa is not responsible for delays caused by external banking system failures or national holidays.

05Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 5aaa cover more than 60 competitions, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, CONMEBOL Libertadores, Sul-Americana, state championships, Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, and other national and international leagues.

By placing a bet at 5aaa, the user agrees to the following conditions:

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the user, unless the Cash Out feature is available for that bet;
• The 5aaa reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any user, at any time, without any obligation to provide a reason;
• Obvious odds errors — such as incorrect prices caused by a technical failure — may be corrected by the 5aaa, even after the bet has been confirmed;
• In the event of suspension or cancellation of an event due to force majeure, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published in the platform's help section;
• Betting market settlements follow the official results published by the relevant governing body of each competition.

The Cash Out feature allows the user to close a bet before the event ends, receiving a value calculated in real time by the 5aaa. Cash Out is not available on all bets and may be temporarily suspended during periods of odds instability. The decision to accept or decline a Cash Out rests solely with the 5aaa.

06Casino & Games

The casino at the 5aaa offers more than 3,000 games, including a live casino with real dealers, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows, slots, and crash games, provided by certified suppliers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Live, Playtech, and others.

The user acknowledges and agrees that:

• All casino games involve real financial risk and outcomes are determined by chance;
• Results in RNG (Random Number Generator) games are independent and unpredictable, with each round being a statistically independent event from all previous ones;
• The RTP (Return to Player) values published by the 5aaa are theoretical, calculated over millions of rounds — individual results may vary significantly;
• The 5aaa does not guarantee profit in any casino game;
• Technical failures during a game session that result in an interruption will be assessed based on server records, and the official outcome will be the one registered by the systems of the 5aaa.

07Bonuses & Promotions

The 5aaa periodically offers bonuses and promotions to its users, including first-deposit bonuses, weekly reloads, cashback, and VIP program benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the offer page and should be read before opting in.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses on the 5aaa:

• Bonuses are granted exclusively for use on the platform and have a specific validity period per offer;
• All bonuses have a rollover requirement (the wagering volume needed to release a withdrawal), as described in each promotion;
• The rollover must be completed within the bonus validity period; otherwise, the bonus balance will be cancelled;
• The 5aaa reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse, use of multiple accounts, or a breach of these Terms is suspected;

The 5aaa may modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice where possible. Changes will not affect bonuses already active for users who have begun meeting the rollover requirements, except in cases of proven abuse.

08Responsible Gambling

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly in your account settings;

• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account — this action cannot be reversed;

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 5aaa and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registration of more than one account per individual;
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification processes;
• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any tool that simulates human activity on the platform;
• Exploiting technical flaws, odds errors, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Any form of money laundering, use of funds of illicit origin, or any attempt to conceal the source of funds;
• Collusion between players at poker tables or Live Casino to the detriment of other participants;
• Account sharing among multiple users;
• Any conduct intended to manipulate Sports Betting outcomes in collusion with participants of the events;
• Bonus abuse, including the creation of fictitious accounts to claim promotions multiple times;
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting services are prohibited by law.

The 5aaa uses automated systems and human review to detect suspicious activity. Flagged accounts may be preventively suspended while the review is carried out, without prior notice.

10Account Closure

The user may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team at 5aaa via live chat. Prior to closure, any available balances (excluding unconverted bonuses) will be paid out via Pix to the key registered on the account, provided the KYC verification process has been completed.

The 5aaa may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Submitting false documents during the KYC process;
• Discovery that the user is under 18 years of age;
• Request by a competent Brazilian or international authority;
• Extended account inactivity of more than 24 consecutive months.

In the event of closure due to a violation of these Terms, the 5aaa reserves the right to withhold any balances associated with irregular activity. Deposit balances unrelated to the violation may be returned following a case-by-case review.

11Limitation of Liability

The 5aaa is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets or casino games played on the platform — the user assumes full responsibility for the inherent risks of gambling;
• Internet connection failures or issues with the user's own devices that result in lost bets or gaming sessions;
• Deposit delays caused by failures in third-party payment systems (banks, fintechs, payment processors);
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform;
• Information provided by third parties, including betting tips from sources outside the 5aaa.

The maximum liability of the 5aaa under any circumstances is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the dispute, excluding unconverted bonuses.

12Changes to the Terms

The 5aaa reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 (seven) calendar days in advance via the registered email address and/or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the services of the 5aaa after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date.

Modifications required by legal, regulatory, or judicial obligations may take effect immediately, without the notice period mentioned above, and will be clearly identified within the document.

13Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the services of the 5aaa that cannot be resolved amicably must be submitted to the competent Brazilian courts.

The 5aaa operates in compliance with Law No. 14.790/2023, which regulates fixed-odds betting in Brazil, as well as the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and other competent authorities. The user acknowledges that the regulatory framework for the betting industry in Brazil is still evolving and that legal updates may impact the services offered.
